How do I know my nail size?
Ordering a Sizing Kit will give you the exact measurements of your nails, and is a requirement for your custom order. The Measuring Guide is only for pre-made nails listed under Available Now. You can order a sizing kit to confirm your size for pre-made nails as well, and I will keep it on record for future orders.
What if none of the nails from the sizing kit fit me?
If none of the nails from the sizing kit fit your nails, I will try a different method for measurement. If you have unique nail beds, such as a tall apex, wide or small nail beds, let me know before ordering your sizing kit and I will try to send the best option for your nails.
What are the differences in custom order designs?
Custom freestyle designs can include text, gems, abstract designs, and 3D art. Custom realistic designs can be items, food, animals, knick knacks, etc. (text, 3D art, and gems can also be added). Custom characters are cartoons/animations (text, 3D art, and gems can also be added).Portraits are of people (text, 3D art, and gems can also be added). All categories range in price based on the design tiers, which we will discuss for your custom order.
How do I contact you to inquire about a custom order?
You can reach out to @j9creatives via DM on instagram. Inspiration photos will be needed to confirm whether or not I am able to make your dream nails.
What does the consultation include?
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE CONSULTATION BEFORE BEING PLACED. The first consultation is the initial step where you contact me to inquire about your custom design. After reviewing inspo pictures and talking over ideas, you will be informed on which tier to pick for your order. Once you place your order, a final consultation will be had. You'll receive a simple sketched design of your nails. This is only for feedback on the layout, colors, or order of the nails. This will not be a consultation to change the design since we discussed the pictures and layout during the first consultation.
Will I see my custom press-on nails before they ship?
Yes, all orders will receive a photo of the completed look. These photos are a receipt of the final product based on the consultation- PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR MAKING EDITS: since all designs were approved during final consultation.
How much time in advance should I consider for my custom order?
If you need an order by a certain time frame, please read the next point below. The more detailed the press-ons, the more time is needed to create your desired nails.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Business days are Monday through Friday. Sizing kits ship within 5-7 business days. Ready to wear orders are nails in stock under Available Now, and will ship within 5-7 business days. Custom freestyle, realistic, and character designs will ship within 10-15 business days. Custom portrait designs will ship within 15-20 business days.
How many nails come in my custom order?
10 nails come in custom orders and available now nail sets.
Are the collector’s items full nail sets?
Collector's items can include 1 to 5 nails and are FOR DISPLAY ONLY. They are not designed for wearing but are for collecting J9creatives one of one nail art pieces.
How long will my press-on nails last?
With proper prep and application, press-on nails can last up to 3 days with gummy tabs and up to 2 weeks with glue.
Are press-ons reusable?
Yes, with proper removal and care, press-ons can be reused.
What's included in my custom order?
A buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, gummy nail tabs, and 2 alcohol prep pads come with your order.
Do you ship everywhere?
Currently, shipping is only to the U.S. and Canada.
Can I process a return, refund, or exchange?
PLEASE NOTE- ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE: There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Our priority is to maintain hygienic safety measures, as well as making your dream press-on set. All press-on orders are made with care, love, and time. To avoid any sizing issues, please be sure to order a sizing kit.
